Support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department with a variety of administrative tasks and project based assignments. Hybrid/Flex schedule.
Support HR team in White Plains (WP) with administrative tasks; i.e., electronic filing and computer related needs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google suite products.
Compile and update employee records (electronic and paper copies) including scanning documents into electronic employee files in ADP, organizing electronic files, adding new hire photos to employee profiles, follow up on missing or outdated documents to ensure all recordkeeping requirements are met.
Provide standard scheduled reports from ADP as well as ad hoc requests for complex data reports and organizational updates both within HR and as needed for CEO, CAO, D/I, etc.
Maintain/regularly update organizational charts, email distribution group lists, and staff phone directories.
Assist with Onboarding and scheduling, new hire orientation and other employee training sessions for WP hires.
Oversee postings/regularly update HR news including New Hires, Promotions & Staff Departure information/pages on the Employee Communications Hub (The Hub) on a weekly basis so as to remain timely.
Provide assistance/support for any other HR related needs related to The Hub.
Provide assistance with and serve as primary backup on coordination of staff change requests for WP, Orlando and Carson including new hires, terminated employees, temporary staff, consultants, etc.
Assist with coordination of charitable drives (toys for tots, clothing drive, Thanksgiving food collection, etc.) and employee recognition programs.
Provide assistance with and serve as primary backup pertaining to background checks and contract processing.
Assist Managing Director with vairous projects
Assist with the coordination of annual Open Enrollment, including scheduling one-on-one meetings, compiling vendor materials and work with marketing on benefit material updates for distribution.
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative support role. Human Resources is preferred.
Fluency in Google Suite of products and Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with ADP Workforce now is a plus.
Strong communication skills.

This position is non-exempt.
This position is office-specific in White Plains and is designated as "hybrid/flex" and may allow for both remote and on-site work (not 100% remote).
