The Role
Provide reporting, analysis, and insights in support of USTA initiatives across the organization.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create practical data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Work closely with data engineers and reporting developers to build efficient analytics solutions that support USTA business teams
- Create and maintain self-service reporting and dashboard solutions using Tableau, providing visibility into key performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Optimize existing dashboards to enhance user experience and performance.
Collaboration and Communication:.
- Manage against multiple priorities and clearly communicate priority and timing to multiple business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand underlying business drivers and translate technical data into clear and compelling analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
Business Impact:
- Drive execution on analytics projects by defining business questions, identifying relevant data sources, ensuring accuracy, and presenting actionable results.
- Identify opportunities to scale reporting by developing self-service reporting and dashboards for business teams across the organization
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience working in a data platform and data analysis environment, working with complex data to complete ad hoc analysis and create reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Mathematics or similar field
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL proficiency and understanding of relational database and data modeling concepts as they relate to analytics.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
- Familiarity with data lakes/data warehouses and ETL processes
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience supporting a large stakeholder/user group and managing multiple timelines.
- Strong time-management skills and a positive and proactive mindset.
- Problem-solving and Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets, extracting insights, and prioritizing business needs.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and effective communication of actionable recommendations.
- This position is designated as hybrid/flex and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $80,000-90,000. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
