The Role
Work directly to deliver “best in class” courts for world class athletes to the beginner tennis player. Provide and implement daily, periodic and annual maintenance of all National Campus Tennis Courts (DecoTurf Courts, Rebound Ace Indoor and Family Zone Courts, Plexicushion Hard Courts, Har-Tru and Red Clay Courts) and overall tennis operations on campus.
- Assist in the facility's daily and seasonal preparation to uphold our reputation as a premier, world-class tennis center.
- Responsible for daily court preparation and upkeep, including sweeping, lining, watering, cleaning, and drying.
- Ensure grounds are neat and clean with regular inspections, attending to any needed repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain court surfaces and equipment for consistent quality, such as adding red clay, repairing lines, rolling courts, adjusting nets, maintaining windscreens, and handling irrigation systems.
- Organize and maintain all court equipment and supplies (nettings, center straps, benches) for efficient functionality and accessibility.
- Arrive on time, well-groomed, and in a professional, clean uniform, ready to uphold the facility's high standards.
- Additional tasks as needed to support seamless operations across campus.
Who You Are
- High energy and proactive work ethic with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and lead tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as carrying heavy loads, climbing tall ladders, and completing general maintenance as needed.
- This position is on-site and requires daily attendance at the office to complete role-specific tasks.
- Experience in court maintenance, staff supervision, and technology is preferred.
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including potential nights and weekends as required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Physically capable of handling challenging tasks, including lifting heavy loads (80+ lbs.), and using drag mats, hoses, and spreaders.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player with leadership qualities.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $40,000-47,000. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
