The Role

This is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester Office. 

Hourly rate: $20.00

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business systems, evaluate user needs, and support efforts to improve operational efficiency. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis while contributing to meaningful projects that align with organizational strategies.

  • Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, defining project scope and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations for process and system enhancements.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of new solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including workflows, use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout all phases of the project.

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
