The Role
This assistant will provide administrative support to the Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coordinator at the USTA National Campus, and will be responsible for handling and organizing multiple projects throughout the year in a friendly & professional manner.
● Provide administrative support, including but not limited to submitting invoices, preparing and tracking player documents, processing grants, creating team trip binders for coach travel, and various data tracking for the team.
● Maintain the full-time staff PTO dashboard and provide periodic balance updates to staff
● Other duties as assigned by team leader

What We Offer
The expected pay range for this position is $18.00 - 20.00. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
