The Role

We're building a select team of people to staff and operate our Be Open Experience interactive booth, located on-site at the 2026 US Open. In our booth, guests will step into a US Open-branded bodega experience inspired by the neighborhood gathering places found on nearly every corner of New York City. Our booth is a celebration of this year’s US Open theme – Celebrating Our New York Story – honoring the melting pot of cultures and backgrounds that make our US Open hometown special. Guests will be able to snap photos in our booth and pick up collectible stickers throughout the event as keepsakes of this year’s event.

As an ambassador, your job will be to:

  • Welcome guests into our booth to learn about New York’s diverse neighborhoods and cultures, and its connection to US Open tennis
  • Invite guests to snap a photo in our booth and share it on social media
  • Help manage special guests and/or influencer meet-and-greets that may take place inside our booth space
  • Encourage guests to provide their name and contact information to redeem one of several collectible tournament stickers or other giveaways

  

Who You Are

  • Must be available to work on-site from August 23, 2026 - September 13, 2026, Sun-Sat
  • Must be able to attend on-site training on Friday, August 21 at 2:00 pm
  • Manage lines and move guests through the experience
  • Ensure smooth operation of the experience and manage the tech in the booth
  • Collect guest information on iPads and/or through our photo station
  • Distribute stickers (giveaways) to guests
  • Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fans and colleagues
  • Competent and comfortable with technology and mobile devices
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

  

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20.00.

Uniforms: Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.

Daily Meal Allowance: A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.
